Manual Lymph Drainage
Our lymphedema therapist is trained at The Vodder School International to provide manual lymph drainage (MLD).

Remedial Massage
Remedial massage manually manipulates the body’s soft tissues—including muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and joints—to promote healing, restore function, and optimise overall health.

Pregnancy Massage
Experience a comforting massage treatment explicitly designed for your changing body. Tailored to meet your needs and the various stages of pregnancy, an expertly trained therapist will use soothing techniques to ease tired muscles, hydrate your skin, and promote blissful relaxation.

Add on: NeuroMuscular Taping
Specialized application of elastic tape allows for decompression of the tissues to support the lymphatic system and allow for faster drainage of lymph fluid. This method of application has also been shown to reduce inflammation and pain and may assist healing.
